Starts on the 1st Tuesday of each month from 4:30am-5:15am and 5:15a-6a (Heavy Hitters ONLY). FJ Camp is designed for any level of fitness from Beginners to Advance Fitness Junkies (FJ’s) from Teens to Mature Adults! Join the fun with our POP-UP Fitness Challenges, Field Trips and more.
**2018 camps start EVERY FIRST TUESDAY of the Month at 4:30am and are held TUES-FRIDAY at 2A Fitness 3705 Eastern Blvd
Personal training sessions are 45 min to an 1 hour long per session! 8 or more sessions Include MEAL GUIDANCE, MONTHLY ASSESSMENTS, FJ PRIVATE SUPPORT GROUP (Must be on FACEBOOK), and Before and After Photos! All sessions are tailored according to each individuals’ needs and goals!
